Free communication between Voipli subscribers

Free calls to subscribers all over the world by using any one of the Voipli access devices (calling card, ECK, SoftPhone, ATA, public phone, mobile phone access, etc).

Foreign telephone number

Voipli allows subscribers to choose a phone number from various countries, regardless of where their phone will be physically located. This enables you to make and receive foreign calls as if they were local. For example, an Israeli living abroad can have an Israeli phone number which will enable him to make overseas calls to Israel at the cost of a local call. It will also enable him to receive overseas calls from Israel as if they were local. The same applies to an Israeli resident who requires a foreign line.

Automatic Number Identification (ANI)

A service which enables subscribers to dial without the need to enter a user ID or a PIN number. Calls can also be made via mobile phones.

Auto recharge

A subscriber’s account can be automatically recharged when credit drops below $5.

Member Center

Accessed by logging into Voipli's website or directly from the SoftPhone. The center provides customers with access to the various features and services that Voipli offers as described below:

  • Code recharge


    Enables users to recharge their calling card without using their credit card. Users purchase a recharge code from an agent or reseller, enter the details in the appropriate place in the member center and their calling card is automatically recharged.

  • SoftPhone


    A full feature virtual telephone downloaded free of charge onto a PC, notebook or handheld enabling VoIP calls from anyplace with wired or wireless internet access.

  • Call Forward


    Forward your incoming calls to voicemail, another landline or your mobile phone, depending on the time of day and whether busy, unanswered or offline! For example, you can forward your calls to your mobile phone if you want anyone to reach you anywhere. Or you can forward your home calls to your office while you are at work.

  • Voicemail to Email Service


    You can either dial in and listen to your messages or listen to them by logging into the member center. An e-mail message will be sent to you notifying you that a message was left in your voicemail box.

Online Real-Time Billing Information

Users can log on to their account any time and access all billing information and call records. Voipli's Call Detail Recorder (CDR) provides real-time transaction management. It enables users to access information regarding all calls they made or received. This information is available online 24 hours a day and free of charge. The call details include: Date and time of call, destination or origin of call, phone number called, duration of call, cost, device used, outgoing or incoming calls. The Billing Software Service allows you to manage your billing and view calls made in real time.

Web callback

This function serves as a virtual secretary and connects you to the requested number at the specified time. Simply enter the Web Callback application online, stipulate the two telephone numbers you wish to connect and choose the time you wish the call to take place. This technology enables you to make low cost calls to your mobile phone and to charge your account. It should be noted that internet access is required briefly in order to request the connection but no internet access is necessary to make the call. For e.g. if someone wished to make a call outside of the office later that day he will access the online application before leaving the office, enter his mobile number, the number he wishes to call and the time that he wants the call to take place. His phone will then automatically ring and connect him to the desired number no matter where he happens to be at that time.
