I hear a busy tone at my phone, what should I do?

It means “no service” it could be because of one the two following reasons:

  1. You don’t have a router or your router is not configured properly. Ask your ISP technical support for a proper solution.
  2. Check your account status by login in the Member Center.

You may download the softphone and use it for calls until you solve the network problem.

How Shall I configure my Voice Mail?

  1. Dial your own Voipli number without any prefix, you will be asked to change your Voicemail Password by using the VOILPI main password (4 digits) you’ve got with your device.
  2. Your Original Voipli Password won’t change and cannot be changed by user!!

How am I charged for the Voipli Line Holder Plan Phone service?

Payment is done using your international credit card. Your account is set to automatic recharge, meaning that your credit card will be charged in the following cases:

  1. Monthly service charge is deducted directly from your credit card at the beginning of each month.
  2. Account balance: Calls made to destinations other than other Voipli members are deducted from your pre-paid account balance. Upon signup, the bonus you have received becomes your account balance. When the account balance falls below $5.00, your credit card will be automatically debited for the amount of $20.00. This amount will be added to your account balance, and will enable you to continue making such calls.

How can I check my Call Records?

To access your call records login to “Member Center,” from www.voipli.net, or from the Softphone click on “i” , select 'My Account' from the top navigation bar. Then choose 'Call Records' from the option list on the left side of the page.

Please note: You can view the records of your calls up to three months back.

Can the service be canceled at any time without a penalty?

Yes, Voipli allow its costumers to cancel the service at any time. Please see detail on the sheet of terms.

Can the phone be used to call any destination around the world?

Yes, you can call any destination around the world for very low calling rates. See our price list.

Is the rate to call Israel depended where I'm located in the globe?

No rates are the same no matter where you are located.

What is the name of the company who is charging the credit card?

Community Connection Ltd. registered in Israel, registration number 513820910.

How our calls are routed to normal telephone lines?

Voipli has its own “Gateway” at “Bezeq International” switchboard, calls originated at Voipli devices or Softphone are routed to Bezeq Int. Switchboard and from there are routed directly to any household. There are no intermediaries in calls to Israel what makes the voice quality clear as crystal.
