The Customer Portal is designed: for submitting new queries, for checking updates on submitted queries, for reporting malfunctions and for correspondence with VOIPLI's support team.

On the Portal we will have for your convenience updated support files and general information on our products and services.

You can also view at all times your calls log and you can manage your account as for example voice mail and call forwarding services.

To log into Customer Portal please enter your account's User ID and Password as provided by us (attached to your VoIP adapter).

פורטל הלקוחות משמש: לפתיחת פניות חדשות, למעקב פניות פתוחות, לדיווח על תקלות ולהתכתבות עם אנשי התמיכה של VOIPLI.

בפורטל יפורסמו לנוחיותך קבצי תמיכה ושרות עדכניים וכן קבצי מידע כלליים על המוצרים והשירותים שלנו.

כמו כן, ניתן לצפות בפירוט השיחות ולשנות הגדרות "תא קולי", "עקוב אחרי" ועוד.

על מנת להיכנס לפורטל יש להזין את מס' חשבון ה-VOIPLI והסיסמא כפי שנמסרו לידך (מופיעים במדבקה ע"ג המתאם).
